Terms and Conditions of the WLAB\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n These terms and conditions (\u201dTerms and Conditions\u201d) are binding on all members(\u201cMembers\u201d) of WLAB. By signing the application form and\/or completing the online registration herein to become a Member of the WLAB, the applicant agrees to be bound by, and totally accepts, the Terms and Conditions set forth and any amendments to be made from time to time, and to provide the consent mentioned in Paragraph 10 below. Each Member is responsible for complying with these Terms and Conditions.<\/span> 1.1 WLAB membership is free and open to everyone aged 18 or above.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.2 The WLAB may from time to time establish such other kinds or types of membership as it shall deem fit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n 1.3 All membership applications shall be subject to the approval of the WLAB, which it may or may not approve at its absolute discretion and without giving any reason therefore and membership eligibility requirements may change from time to time at the absolute discretion of the WLAB. Membership will be valid for such a period as the WLAB may specify from time to time. Membership may be renewed for such period and in such manner at the absolute discretion of the WLAB. In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, on renewal of membership, Members shall upon request prove their eligibility to membership to the WLAB\u2019s satisfaction and produce such documentary proof in support of the then eligibility requirements of the WLAB as the WLAB shall deem fit.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.4 Each Member is responsible for advising the WLAB in writing of any change of name or address.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.5 Members have no voting right as to the constitution, operation or management of the WLAB nor any right in or any claim over any assets of the WLAB.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.6 Membership of the WLAB is non-transferable.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.7. By entering your details with any of our forms, you confirm that you agree to WLAB’s terms and conditions and you are automatically becoming a member of the WLAB community and Club Wheelock Limited.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2.1 The WLAB acknowledges that upon its approval for admission, Members will be eligible to receive and enjoy the facilities and services provided by the WLAB, subject to the WLAB\u2019s invitation and any specific terms and conditions imposed by the WLAB for provision of such facilities and services. Invitations to Members shall be at the absolute discretion of the WLAB.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.2 The WLAB shall have the right at any time at its absolute discretion without giving any reason to Members to terminate or suspend the operation and\/or provision and\/or availability of any facility or service.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.3 The WLAB shall have the right to provide different facilities and services to different kinds of sections of Members subject to different terms and conditions at its absolute discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.4 The WLAB reserves the right at all times to vary the facilities and services offered to Members.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.5 If any of the facilities and\/or services are provided by third party providers\/suppliers, the use and enjoyment of such facilities and\/or services shall be subject to terms and conditions laid down by such providers\/suppliers and or in agreement with WLAB\u2019s terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.6 No Member shall make use of the WLAB or the facilities, services, information or documents provided by the WLAB for any commercial, immoral, illegal or other purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 3.1 The WLAB shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever to the Member for any act, omission or default howsoever caused or arisen which results or may result directly or indirectly in any loss, damage or injury whatsoever, to any Member or any other person.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 4.1 A charge may be imposed by the WLAB for disbursement of the WLAB’s costs or expenses incurred in the provision and\/or delivery of any information or document requested by the Members.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n 5.1 The WLAB shall have the absolute discretion and right to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time and may notify the Members of any amendments made in any manner it considers fit via appropriate channels as the WLAB deems fit.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.2 All Members will be bound by such amendments unless the WLAB receives his or her notice of resignation.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 6.1 Any Member who wishes to resign from his\/her membership shall give the WLAB at least seven working days advance notice in writing to that effect.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 7.1 Without prejudice to the overriding right of the WLAB to terminate the membership of the Member as aforesaid, the WLAB may, if it considers that any Member has behaved or conducted himself\/herself in any way injurious to the WLAB or contrary to or prejudicial to the interests of the WLAB or has committed any breach of these Terms and Conditions, expel such Member from the membership of the WLAB and the decision of the WLAB shall be final and conclusive.<\/span><\/p>\n 7.2 A Member who has been expelled from the WLAB shall cease to be a Member and shall cease to have any right, benefit or privilege of the membership and shall no longer have any right to receive and enjoy the facilities and services provided by the WLAB.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 8.1 WLAB shall have the right at any time at its absolute discretion without assigning any reason to cease the operation of the WLAB. Upon the cessation of the operation of the WLAB, all rights and privileges of Members shall cease. No claim or demand of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising shall be made or capable of being made by Members against the WLAB, the directors, the shareholders or the management of WLAB in connection with the cessation of the operation of the WLAB.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 9.1 The membership with WLAB is also governed by the WLAB’s Personal Data Collection Statement which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. Please read the Personal Data Collection Statement to understand WLAB’s privacy policy.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects under the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.<\/span><\/p>\n 10.2 If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the illegality, invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
